Refund Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Wear your ThermiVest through real cold. If it isn't for you, return it within 60 days of delivery — even worn — for a full refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
- Worn and used vests are eligible — the guarantee exists so you can test ThermiVest in real conditions.
- Please include the free USB power bank(s) that shipped with the returned vest(s).
- If you return part of a multi-vest order, your refund reflects the price actually paid for the returned vests after any bundle discount.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@thermi-vest.reamaze.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can't issue a refund for a return that never reaches us.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, we process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't seen your refund after 7 business days from our confirmation, check your bank account first, then contact your card issuer — posting times vary. Still missing? Email us at support@thermi-vest.reamaze.com and we'll track it down.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return for the vest you have and place a new order for the size you want — that gets the replacement to you fastest. Sizing help is on the product page.
